Regular Group Classes

Kathy, your classes are my absolute favourite yoga classes! A little bit of flow but not too much, a little bit different each session but not too much, a bit challenging but not too much :) They're just right!

Kathy, your yoga classes have enabled me to make a distinct connection between my mind & body, which is particularly helpful during stressful & busy periods. The classes have enabled me to discover new ways to relax & keep me grounded... perfect for enabling clarity of thoughts & resting the body. I come away from class feeling relaxed but strong.
